Deadlines
- 29.05.2026 – deadline for submitting applications for participation and abstracts of papers (in English).
- 01.06.2026 - confirmation of received forms and abstracts
- 05.06.2026 - payment of registration fee; April 15, 2026 - early payment of registration fee;
- 31.07.2026 deadline for booking accommodation at Park Hotel Vitosha, Sofia, at preferential rates; each participant makes their own reservation, indicating the name of the event
- 01.07.2026 - submission of full paper and registration form of participants
Fees
- • Standard participant: €270
• PhD candidate / student €220
• Fourth and each subsequent paper: €90 per paper
• Publication of a paper without author attendance: €180
• Accompanying person for the official dinner: €150
• Early registration (standard fee, paid by 1 May 2026): €230
The conference fee covers:
- Conference materials;
- A volume of extended abstracts will be published.
– Full articles receiving two positive peer reviews will be published in the journal Innovations in Woodworking Industry and Engineering Design. The scientific journal Innovations in Woodworking Industry and Engineering Design is indexed with and included in CABI. - Coffee Brakes;
- Official Diner with Music Programm;
- Cultural Program.
Application Form
To declare your desire to participate in the Twelfth International Scientific and Technical Conference INNOVATIONS IN THE FOREST INDUSTRY AND ENGINEERING DESIGN it is necessary by 01.05.2026 to send a completed "Application for Participation" and Abstract (in English) to e-mail: inno_conference@ltu.bg.

Registration of Participants
Dear participants in the upcoming Twelfth International Scientific and Technical Conference “INNOVATIONS IN FOREST INDUSTRY AND ENGINEERING DESIGN”, please send your completed Registration Form to the e-mail address inno_conference@ltu.bg no later than 17 May 2026.
